Digital Products and Downloads
The Service offers digital products, including but not limited to printable coloring pages and digital coloring books.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.
Once a purchase is completed, You will receive instant access to download the digital product. It is Your responsibility to ensure that Your device and software are compatible with the file formats provided.
Payments and Third-Party Platforms
Payments for digital products are processed through third-party platforms, including Gumroad.
The Company does not directly process or store payment information. Payment details, billing information, and tax calculations (such as VAT) are handled by the third-party payment processor according to their own terms and privacy policies.
By purchasing a product, You also agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the payment platform used.
No Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not provided, except where required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase, You expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
License and Permitted Use
All digital products purchased from the Service are licensed, not sold.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to download, print, and use the digital files for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may print the same page as many times as you wish for personal use.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files
- Upload the files to other websites or platforms
- Use the files for commercial purposes
- Claim the designs as your own
- Include the files in bundles, memberships, or products for sale
Any unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
Updates and Lifetime Access
Some digital products may include free updates for the lifetime of the product.
If updates are provided, they will be made available through the original download platform. Lifetime access refers to the lifetime availability of the product and platform, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or remove products at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the Service, including illustrations, designs, text, graphics, logos, and digital files, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total liability under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by You for the digital product or 100 USD, whichever is lower.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service and all digital products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects, or that the content will meet Your expectations.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
If You have any dispute or concern regarding the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting the Company.
